I’m Charla, a visual artist making her way in the world. I’ll share with you all the ins and outs of my journey. There’s lots of reason why I’d like to share but mostly it’s so that you can know you can do it too.

  • Creativity starts in your mind. Dream it as big as you can. Then dream bigger. You must first believe before you can see.

  • Small beginnings is where everyone and everything starts. Don’t despise them. Just start. Every great painting starts with a blank canvas and goes through an ugly stage or tow before becoming a masterpiece.

  • You have a gift that’s worthy of sharing with the world. And the world needs it even if it’s not perfect. I believe in striving for excellence but it’s of the utmost importance to not wait until you are excellent before sharing your work.
